The Pricing, Terms and Conditions of the LSN Global Partnering Campaign (LSN GPC) Platform
LSN will offer a several packages of the SF.com and LSN partnering database ranging from $350 and $500 dollar a month. These packages with have real-time access to LSN partner data. $500 package also combined with RESI ticket discounts to the 5 international partnering events that LSN put on every year. Clients can choose a monthly fee structure with terms that are minimum 6 months commitment or elect a one-time annual subscription fee. LSN calculates that is has helped 400 companies raise over $5B dollars.

Cancellation policy: Subscription to the LSN GPC Database has a minimum commitment of six (6) months. After the initial period, LSN requires 30 days notice for cancellation.
Subscriber Agreement!
Subscriber Agreement: Subscription to the LSN Global Partnering Campaign (GPC) Database
____This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the subscription to the LSN GPC Database (“Service”). By subscribing to the Service, you (“Subscriber”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein. Please read this Agreement carefully before subscribing to our Service.
- Subscription Commitment and Auto-Renewal
1.1 Minimum Commitment: Subscriber agrees to a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the date of initial subscription. During this period, Subscriber is obligated to maintain an active subscription and make timely payments as per the subscription plan chosen.
1.2 Access to the LSN GPC Database will be sent to your email within two business days after the first payment is made.
1.3 Auto-Renewal for Monthly plan: After the minimum commitment period, the Subscriber’s subscription will be automatically continued and the Subscriber’s card will continue to be charged the monthly fee automatically, based on currently selected subscription model, unless canceled in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement.
1.4 Auto-Renewal for Yearly plan: Subscriber’s subscription will be automatically renewed for another year at the end of current subscription, and the Subscriber’s card will be automatically charged the yearly subscription fee, based on current subscription model, unless canceled in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement.
- Cancellation Policy
2.1 Notice Requirement: In order to cancel the subscription and prevent auto-renewal, Subscriber must provide LSN with a written cancellation notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current subscription period.
2.2 Cancellation Process: The cancellation notice should be submitted via email to mandates@lifesciencenation.com or your Business Development representative. Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation notice is properly submitted within the required timeframe.
2.3 Effect of Cancellation: Upon receipt and processing of the cancellation notice, Subscriber’s subscription will be terminated at the end of the then-current subscription period. No refunds or pro-rated charges will be provided for the remaining unused days of the subscription period.
2.4 Failure to Provide Notice: Failure to provide the required thirty (30) days’ notice for cancellation will result in the automatic continuation of Subscriber’s subscription and subsequent automatic charges.
- Billing and Payment
3.1 Subscription Fees: Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees associated with the chosen subscription plan, as specified by LSN. Subscription fees may vary depending on the selected plan and any applicable discounts or promotions.
3.2 Billing Cycle: The subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis, typically on a monthly or yearly cycle, as specified in the chosen subscription plan.
3.3 Payment Method: Subscriber shall provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorize LSN to charge the applicable subscription fees to the provided payment method.
3.4 Late Payments: In the event of late or failed payment, LSN may suspend or terminate Subscriber’s access to the Service until the outstanding payment is resolved.
- Subscriptions are sold on a per company basis. The intended use of the subscription and of any of the contacts or information extracted from the database is only to fundraise for the company named in this Agreement and should not be used for any other campaigns or purposes.
- Modifications to the Agreement: LSN reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Subscriber through email, notification on the LSN website, or other appropriate means. It is Subscriber’s responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates or modifications.
- Termination by LSN: LSN reserves the right to terminate Subscriber’s subscription and access to the Service in the event of a breach of this Agreement or any other misuse of the Service, as determined by LSN in its sole discretion.
